If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days after you receive the order to explore the benefits of the product and draw your own conclusions.

If you decide the product isn’t for you, here’s what you need to know:
All items purchased online can be returned within 60 days of receipt.

We accept returns of all unopened items within 60 days for a full refund, minus any shipping fees. To receive a refund, send ALL items back to our warehouse at the following address:
7780 49th St North, Box 515, Pinellas Park, FL 33781, USA. Please note, return shipping costs are not covered. It’s okay if you send your return on the 59th day of the 60-day period, even if we receive it a few days later.

As long as you return ALL the purchased items, your refund will be processed within a few days of receiving your package.

Important returns information:

  • Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not broken or damaged). All accessories included with your purchase must be returned.
  • Partial refunds may apply in certain situations:
    • Books or media with obvious signs of use (CDs, DVDs, software, etc.).
    • Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
    • Any item returned more than 60 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.

Don’t worry if your credit card has expired or you’ve received a new one. The refund will still be processed and deposited into your new account automatically.
